Refund Policy

We keep refunds simple and predictable. This policy applies to all facebook ads account rental and BM rental plans.

Setup fee

Accounts are shared to your Business Manager after your payment is confirmed. The setup fee is fully refundable if we fail to share your account within 48 hours of payment. Once an account has been delivered, the setup fee is non-refundable.

Unused ad balance

Unspent ad balance can be withdrawn at any time. We return it within 7 business days to the original payment method, minus payment network fees. The service fee already charged on topped-up amounts that were not spent is refunded as well.

Restricted accounts

If an account is restricted, we first provide a free replacement. Where Meta allows a balance transfer, the remaining balance moves to the new account. If a balance is held by Meta, we refund it once it is released to us.

Exceptions

No refunds are issued for accounts restricted because of a breach of our Terms of Service, including prohibited products, cloaking or deceptive advertising.

How to request a refund

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp, or use the contact form, with your account ID and the amount. You'll receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
