This policy explains what personal data HD Agency collects, why, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Contact form: your name, Telegram username, optional WhatsApp number, budget range and message.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, IP address and referring URL.
• Client data: business details and payment records needed to provide the Services.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and provide the Services you request.
• To measure and improve our advertising, including via the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
• To meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel (browser) and Conversions API (server) to measure page views and form submissions. When you submit a form, your phone number and name are converted into a one-way SHA-256 hash before being sent to Meta. Meta may use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings and block cookies in your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: hosting, Telegram (to deliver inquiries to our team) and Meta (hashed conversion data).

Retention

Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months; client records for as long as required by law.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/UK you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to processing. California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA. Send requests via our contact page; we respond within 30 days.
